We’ve all heard the phrases: “You create your own reality” or “Thoughts become things.”But what does that really mean from a spiritual point of view?

Manifesting an abundant life isn’t about simply wishing for more money or success. It’s about aligning your energy with the natural flow of abundance, and understanding that this energy already exists within you. Let’s explore how to move beyond surface-level manifestation and into a deeper, more connected experience of true abundance.

Redefining Abundance

When most people hear the word abundance, they immediately think of material wealth. But real abundance is so much more than that, it’s a state of being, a way of relating to life.

True abundance is the feeling of enoughness, of knowing that life supports you.It’s found in love, health, creativity, friendship, opportunity, and the deep inner trust that says, “I am exactly where I’m meant to be.” Before we can manifest abundance externally, we must first embody it internally. It begins with shifting from wanting to being.

The Vibration of Gratitude

Gratitude is the frequency that unlocks abundance. Every thought and word you express sends out energy, and the universe responds in kind. When we dwell on what’s missing, we amplify lack.When we appreciate what we already have, we invite more goodness into our lives. Try beginning each morning by naming three things you’re grateful for — whether it’s the sunrise, your health, or a kind word from a friend. This simple daily practice changes your vibration. Gratitude tells the universe, “I’m ready for more of this.”

The Power of Intention

Manifestation begins with clarity.Ask yourself: What do I truly desire — and why?

Often, we focus on the outer form — the job, the house, the car — but what we really seek is the feeling those things represent: peace, freedom, creativity, or safety.

When your intentions come from the heart rather than the ego, the universe aligns much more easily.Write your intentions as if they’ve already happened:

“I am living in balance and prosperity. I am surrounded by opportunities that nourish my soul.”

And remember, manifestation requires cooperation with creation. Visualisation is powerful, but inspired action completes the process.

Releasing Limiting Beliefs

Many of us unknowingly hold beliefs that block the flow of abundance.Perhaps we were taught that wealth is selfish, that success requires struggle, or that we’re undeserving of good fortune. But abundance flows through ease, not guilt or fear. When you think about success, notice what thoughts arise.Do they make you expand or contract?Replace any limiting patterns with affirmations that open your heart:

“I am worthy of receiving.”“I am open to prosperity in all its forms.”

As your inner beliefs shift, your outer world begins to reflect that new frequency.

Co-Creating with Spirit

From my experience as a psychic medium, I’ve learned that the spirit world is deeply involved in our process of creation.
